Customer circumstance
Repair work had already started on the customers bathroom when the team discovered the issue was far more significant than first thought. The floorboards and joists were saturated, and it was unsafe to enter the bathroom. The customer therefore required bathroom facilities as soon as possible.
TSG Solution
The Temporary Solution Group was instructed by the customer’s insurer to contact them straight away and discuss the options available. Downstairs toilet facilities were still usable, so they only needed alternative washing facilities. The TSG team ran through the options, which for this customer included the internal capsule shower, external modular shower, or a mobile bathroom suite. The customer’s preferred option was the external bathroom suite as they had ample driveway space directly outside the property. The other options were considered but space inside the house was limited due to repair work and the back of the property was on 2 levels and the modular unit would need to go on the lower level away for the house. TSG answered all the customer’s questions regarding set up and arranged to deliver the unit the following morning.
