Fantastic service, received a call yesterday from the company to arrange a convenient time for us, we had our temporary bathroom pod delivered and installed today by Joe less than 24 hours after the call, the pod was placed perfectly on our driveway allowing access all round, even though we thought this would block our back entrance it is in fact a perfect fit, out the back door straight into the pod! Totally privacy from nosey neighbours ☺️ All of Joe’s work with cables and pipes is extremely tidy and not causing any obstructions, Joe explained where everything is and how it all works so we can carry on regardless whilst the insurance company completes the work on our bathroom. I have never had to claim on my insurance until now and was very apprehensive about the process, but I can honestly say this pod will make things so much easier, thank you Joe and the team for the great service! Following a fire which took out our guest cottage, our insurers organised for us to have a 20m storage pod, provided by the Temporary Kitchen Company. The unit was with us for 6 months, with climate control and lighting within. The service from the TKC was outstanding, with the staff there willing to travel huge distances to e.g fix a light sensor or replace a roof panel blown off in the wind. These guys do go the extra mile and we were very glad to have them in support after the trauma of our fire.
