TSG provided a Modular Kitchen measuring 6mx2m to fit on Mrs Sharma’s patio, the unit was constructed and commissioned within hours and gave Mrs Sharma the kitchen and dining space she wanted without the stress of moving out. A link corridor provided direct access from the property to the Modular Kitchen creating an extension to Mrs Sharma’s home.
The Modular Kitchen Pod was provided for 36 days, which was enough time for investigation work and repairs to take place. Even though this was only a short period of time moving out was not an option the customer was willing to consider. Our estimated saving on this claim was £2,280 which we believe is a conservative estimate as alternative accommodation would have been very expensive given the property’s South West London location.
