Tuesday 16th May 2023: Temporary Solutions Group were instructed by LV= General Insurance to provide a temporary shower solution following a fire to the policyholder’s property. The customer was contacted within 1 hour of receiving the instruction. Delivery was scheduled for the following day.
Wednesday 17th May 2023: Temporary Solutions Group installed a 2m x 2m Modular Shower on the rear patio as per the policyholder’s request whilst reinstatement works took place.
Monday 24th July 2023: Temporary Solutions Group were advised that the temporary shower facilities were no longer required and could therefore be collected. The temporary facilities were off-hired the following day. Collection was arranged.
